What is Art Dubai 2021?

Art Dubai is an international event, which takes place every year and showcases the best of art from all over the world. As a participant in such an event, you can expect to be exposed to some of the most spectacular and modern arts ever seen.

The organizers of Art Dubai set out to gather as much of the creative energy of the global artistic community as they possibly could. So, what they ultimately came up with was a truly amazing event that brings together people from different artistic disciplines.
The ultimate goal for the organizers was to create a platform where artists from various corners of the earth could converge to share their work and gain recognition for it.

Art Dubai Gallery List

Art Dubai 2021 will be featuring close to 45 galleries from different countries. Out of these galleries, a few will be representing the UAE to showcase the booming art scene.
The Art Galleries will be divided into 3 sections namely:

  • Art Dubai Contemporary – Witness diverse galleries which will exhibit emerging art scenes as well as artworks from established art hubs.
  • Art Dubai Modern – Curated by Sam Bardaoulli & Till Fellrath & will showcase artworks by 20th-century artists in the contexts of geo-history.
  • Bawwaba – This word literally means “Gateway” in the Arabic language. It will be curated by Nancy Adajania & will showcase perspectives of hubs of art, trade & culture as well as solo presentations.
